Who is Planeward for?

People who are responsible for work and need a place to keep it: freelancers, coaches, small teams, and anyone who also wants a personal workspace. It is a flexible workspace, not a tool that only manages clients.

Can I use it for personal work and client work?

Yes. Use one workspace for a practice or team, and another for personal lists, or keep them together if that matches how you operate. Membership does not carry across workspaces.

How do I start?

Open the app and sign in with Discord or request a magic link by email. There is no password and no separate signup form. After you sign in, create a workspace.

How does collaboration work?

Invite people by email. They join as members of the workspace or as guests on a project. Roles control who can invite, manage projects, or change settings.

What does Planeward cost?

You can create an account and start a workspace today. We have not published paid Planeward subscription plans. Workspace invoices bill your customers, not Planeward.

Who owns the data in a workspace?

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet. Planeward is a web app. It works in a current browser on a phone. We do not ship separate iOS or Android apps.

How do invoices work?

Invoices are optional. You create them for your customers and can collect payment through that workspace’s Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or bank details. Those connections belong to the workspace.

Which sign-in methods do you support?
