Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the rules for using Planeward. They cover the marketing site at planeward.com and the Planeward web application (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Planeward.
1. Who we are
Planeward is operated by Planeward. Questions about these Terms go to [email protected].
The Privacy Policy explains what we collect. The Refund Policy explains refunds.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Discord or an email magic link. There is no password.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate account details and keep access to the Discord account or email address you use to sign in.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend or close an account if we suspect unauthorized use, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.
Do not share your sign-in. If you lose access to Discord or the email inbox used for magic links, contact [email protected].
3. Workspaces and your content
A workspace holds members, projects, tasks, comments, files, and any customers or invoices you create there.
- You (and the people you invite) own the content you put in a workspace.
- You grant Planeward a limited license to host, display, and process that content only as needed to run the Services.
- You are responsible for what you and your members put in a workspace, including files and customer records.
- Inviting someone gives them access according to the roles and project grants you set. Membership does not carry across workspaces.
We do not claim ownership of your workspace content.
4. Invoicing your customers
Invoices in a workspace bill your customers, not Planeward.
If you connect Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or bank details in a workspace, those connections belong to that workspace. Processor fees on those payments are not a Planeward platform fee. Planeward does not take a cut of those payments.
You are responsible for the invoices you issue, the payment methods you enable, tax, and disputes with your customers.
5. Fees
You can create an account and start a workspace today. Planeward has not published a paid platform subscription.
If we publish a paid plan later, the price and what it covers will be stated on Pricing. We will notify you before charging a Planeward subscription.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Services for illegal activity, fraud, or to violate another person’s rights.
- Upload malware, or attempt to break, overload, or probe the Services.
- Access another account or workspace without permission.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the software beyond what the law allows.
- Use Planeward to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Impersonate Planeward or misrepresent your relationship with us.
We may remove content or suspend access if we determine a violation.
7. Availability
Planeward is a web application. We aim to keep it running, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features can change. We may add, limit, or remove parts of the Services.
8. Termination
You may stop using Planeward and ask us to close your account by emailing [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services.
Closing an account does not cancel obligations you already have to your own customers.
9. Disclaimer
The Services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or that workspace data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planeward is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services.
If we are liable to you despite this section, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Planeward for a platform subscription in the twelve months before the claim — or zero, if you have not paid Planeward a platform subscription.
This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. If a change is material, we will say so on this page.
12. Contact
By using Planeward, you agree to these Terms.
