Glossary
Workspace
A workspace is the tenant boundary: the unit that owns members, roles, and projects. It is not a single project, and it is not your whole Planeward account.
Project
A project is a scoped unit of work inside a workspace. It has statuses and tasks. It is smaller than a workspace and larger than a single task.
Board
A board is the kanban view of a project: columns are project statuses, cards are tasks. It is the place work moves, not a report generated after the fact.
Task
A task is a work item on a project. It lives in a status and appears as a card on the board.
Site
A site is a set of pages you build and publish from a workspace. It is not a project, and it is not the Planeward app.
Funnel
A funnel is an ordered path through pages, with one submission flow. It is a site feature, not a separate product.
Form
A form is fields and appearance, plus the submissions people send. It can be shared on its own or placed on a site page.
Pipeline
A pipeline is a board of opportunities. Columns are stages. Cards are deals. It is not a project board.
Opportunity
An opportunity is a deal on a pipeline. It is the commercial conversation, not the delivery project.
Workflow
A workflow is a graph that runs a job you already repeat: a trigger, branches, waits, and actions. It is on Pro.
