Product vocabulary. Each term matches how Planeward is modeled.

Workspace

A workspace is the tenant boundary: the unit that owns members, roles, and projects. It is not a single project, and it is not your whole Planeward account.

Project

A project is a scoped unit of work inside a workspace. It has statuses and tasks. It is smaller than a workspace and larger than a single task.

Board

A board is the kanban view of a project: columns are project statuses, cards are tasks. It is the place work moves, not a report generated after the fact.

Task

A task is a work item on a project. It lives in a status and appears as a card on the board.
